{"id":13829,"date":"2025-08-26T12:43:58","date_gmt":"2025-08-26T12:43:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/suite.claudebernard.fr\/protection-solaire\/"},"modified":"2026-10-19T15:00:35","modified_gmt":"2026-10-19T13:00:35","slug":"protection-solaire","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/suite.claudebernard.fr\/actualites\/protection-solaire\/","title":{"rendered":"Protection solaire"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Protection solaire, de quoi parle-t-on ?<\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;exposition au soleil (rayons UVA\/UVB) peut provoquer des br\u00fblures du 1er degr\u00e9 (coups de soleil) ou du 2\u00e8me degr\u00e9, des lucites estivales b\u00e9nignes (LEB), des urticaires solaires, et \u00e0 plus long terme un vieillissement cutan\u00e9 pr\u00e9matur\u00e9 et des cancers cutan\u00e9s de la peau (carcinome et m\u00e9lanome).<\/p>\n<h3>Les filtres solaires<\/h3>\n<p>Pour se prot\u00e9ger des rayons UV, il existe 2 types de filtres solaires :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Les filtres organiques<\/strong> (ou chimiques) qui absorbent les rayons UV.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Les filtres min\u00e9raux<\/strong> qui restent \u00e0 la surface de la peau pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir et disperser les rayons UV. Ils sont constitu\u00e9s de micro-pigments de dioxyde de titane ou d\u2019oxyde de zinc. Les filtres min\u00e9raux sont pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentiellement conseill\u00e9s chez les sujets \u00e0 peaux fragiles et allergiques, chez les b\u00e9b\u00e9s et chez les jeunes enfants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Comment se prot\u00e9ger<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Appliquer une cr\u00e8me solaire protectrice. Un produit solaire ne prot\u00e8ge jamais totalement. Renouveler l&rsquo;application le plus souvent toutes les 2 heures, apr\u00e8s la baignade, apr\u00e8s avoir transpir\u00e9 ou s&rsquo;\u00eatre essuy\u00e9 la peau\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Les b\u00e9b\u00e9s et les jeunes enfants ne doivent pas \u00eatre expos\u00e9s directement au soleil. Utiliser des protections vestimentaires : tee-shirt, chapeau \u00e0 larges bords, lunettes de soleil (verres protecteurs indice UV 3 &#8211; 4).<\/li>\n<li>Eviter l&rsquo;exposition solaire aux heures d&rsquo;ensoleillement maximal entre 12 h et 16 h.
